From our first conversation to the delivery of your final gallery, you'll have the space to enjoy the experience, knowing your photography is taken care of. Here's what working together looks like, from our first conversation to your final gallery.

FROM OUR FIRST CONVERSATION TO YOUR FINAL GALLERY

  • Explore the photographs and stories throughout my website. Get a sense of what draws my eye, how I approach a wedding and the way I use light, movement and connection to tell a story.

  • Share a little about your plans, what's important to you and what you're looking for in your photography. You can use the enquiry form or get in touch directly by email.

  • Once I've confirmed I'm available, we'll arrange a Zoom call to talk through your plans, get to know each other, and explore what matters most to you both.

  • After our conversation, I'll put together a tailored proposal based on your plans, priorities and the coverage your day calls for. I'll also prepare an initial photography timeline to help you visualise how it could all come together. Your date will be held for seven days while you consider everything.

  • When you're ready to go ahead, I'll send through your contract outlining your collection and the details of our agreement. Once signed and your 25% booking fee is paid, your date is secured.

  • You'll receive a wedding guide to help you prepare, and I'm available throughout the lead-up whenever questions arise. Around two months before the wedding, I'll send a questionnaire to gather the finer details. We'll then catch up about a month out, ideally in person, to finalise the timeline and plans.

  • When the day arrives, you can let go of the planning and be present with each other and the people around you. I'll bring a calm, attentive presence, offering direction when it helps and stepping back when the moments speak for themselves.

  • A first look at a selection of your photographs will arrive within 72 hours. I'll then carefully edit and sequence your full gallery, delivered within eight weeks. Prints and any additional pieces, including albums, follow as arranged.

  • For weddings with more than 100 guests, a second photographer is worth considering. While I focus on one part of the day, they can capture another perspective — from guests' reactions to moments unfolding elsewhere. Together, we'll build a fuller picture of your celebration.

  • Bring your photographs into a form you'll return to for years to come. Handmade using high-quality materials, each album is carefully designed and sequenced to tell the story of your day. We'll work together on a timeless design that feels personal to you.

  • Whether you're planning a celebration interstate or somewhere further afield, I'd love to hear about it. Get in touch with your plans and I'll provide details of any applicable travel expenses.

  • If your plans call for more coverage, additional hours can be arranged in advance or, where possible, added on the day. This gives us flexibility if the celebration unfolds a little differently than expected.

  • An opportunity to celebrate this chapter of your story and spend time in front of the camera before the wedding. We'll choose a location and approach that feel right for you, creating photographs that reflect your connection while helping you feel more comfortable on the day.
